The JoCoLibrary YouTube Channel
YouTube said “Broadcast yourself” and so we did! The Library is on multiple online video hosting sites, but none is more popular than YouTube. Our “channel” presents well over 100 online videos! Nearly 23,000 videos have been viewed there. Rate our videos, ”favorite” us, and subscribe to future videos. http://www.youtube.com/jocolibrary

Typewriters
Everything’s up to date in Kansas City and the same holds true for the Library. But that doesn’t mean that we’ve ignored the past. Despite having nearly 400 public computers at various locations throughout the county, we also provide something very old-fashioned: typewriters. You may never need one, but isn’t it nice to know the Library is probably the one and only place you can find one when you do?

Online Storytime
Can’t make it to storytime? We’ve brought storytime to you! If you want stories for you and your child to enjoy like “The Town Musicians of Bremen” or “The Little Red Hen,” all you have to do is go online, click, play, and listen. http://www.jocokids.org/onlinestorytime
